As well as looking after the children, you would be responsible for managing and supervising all other staff working in the nursery. You would also be responsible for budgets, recruitment, holding meetings with staff members, parents and other care professionals, you would need to make sure health and safety standards and child protection guidelines are met., manage paperwork.
Requirements: As a minimum you would need level 3 diploma , previous nursery experience, supervisory or managerial experience in a nursery would also be a bonus.
